Welcome to Starline Brass. These Terms of Use and Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any purchases made through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
Website Use
This website is provided for lawful informational and purchasing purposes related to Starline Brass products. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of any applicable law.
We may update or change the website, its content, product offerings, and these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where notice is required by law.
Product Information
We try to keep product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability accurate and current. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Images, descriptions, and other website content are for informational purposes only and may not always reflect exact product appearance, packaging, or availability.
Starline Brass does not sell any loaded ammunition. What you are purchasing are brass cases only and will need to be loaded into ammunition in order to be fired from a firearm.
Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Starline Brass. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance, fulfillment, or shipment.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, compliance concerns, or other circumstances we deem appropriate.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion in accordance with our standard billing practices.
Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available, and payment is received. If available, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout from the carrier when your order is shipped.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices and promotions may change without notice.
An authorization for the order payment will put approximately a 24 hour hold on your payment at the time the order is placed. If we can fulfill your order within 30 days, we will charge the card and ship your order. If we fulfill any part of your order within the 30-day window we will charge any additional backordered items and ship them as they become available. If your order does not ship within 30 days, we will reach out to you with a phone call and/or email to get your credit card information once the item is ready to ship.
By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders that cannot be verified or authorized.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, inventory constraints, address errors, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Any shipping restrictions, delivery limitations, or special handling requirements may apply depending on the destination and the products ordered.
Returns and Claims
Any return, replacement, or claim request must be submitted according to our Shipping & Returns Policy or customer service instructions.
Customers should inspect orders promptly upon receipt and report missing, damaged, or incorrect items as soon as possible. Claims may require order details, photos, and other supporting information.
Returned items may be subject to approval, condition requirements, and restocking or handling rules as permitted by law and company policy.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, transportation, and use of our products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
You are also responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
