Essentially a 44 SPL. but .050" shorter with a smaller diameter rim (Same as 41 Mag). Originally used in Colt 1860 cartridge conversion revolvers. Use RCBS #30 (may require slight modification to clear extractor groove) or #21 shell holder, or Lee #3.
* Starline Brass does not sell any loaded ammunition. What you are purchasing are brass cases only and will need to be loaded into ammunition in order to be fired from a firearm.
Works great in both my conversion revolvers. Never had any problems with this brass. I have reloaded these cases multiple times.

Loading Black Powder or Unique in the 44 Colt case.

I use this in my twin Cimmaron 1872 Open Tops. They have to be the easyest to reload and fire. Better then any other brass i've tried.
