38 Super Rimless, 38 Comp

The .38 Super Comp is a heavy duty rimless 38 Super with similar internal capacity to 38 Super. Designed to enhance feeding reliability in high capacity magazines of competition race-guns chambered for 38 Super. May require minor extractor tuning in some firearms. When using Dillon press .223 shell plate works best where applicable.

I have used thousands of rounds of this brass and it always is the very best. Very consistent, I don't even bother to measure it anymore. Great product at a great price.

I have been using Starline 38SC for years now, quality is spot on. I have reloaded these at least 10 times, they are a great value if you are shooting competition.

I haven't used this brand myself yet. I recently met a world champion shooter; she gave me some used cases (she gets her ammunition from her sponsors for free), I estimate about 1,500 of them. ALL of them were Starline!! Then during the World Action Pistol Championship last weekend I met a few more shooters from around the world. Most were using Starline, The only other case I found in 38 Super was Hornady (small percentage) all the rest were from Starline. The other caliber used during the competition was 9mm Luger. Out of the 1000 cases I picked up, about 25% were Starline, more than any other brand. If it's good enough for world champion shooters, hey....

Best money can buy. Excellent competition brass as good as the TJ but slightly cheaper. Very consistent and reliable. I have been using this brass for over 13 years of shooting open division pistols. So strong you'll probably lose it first before the casing shows cracks and when reliability is important, it's a no brainer!

Replaced my old 38 Super +P brass with Starline 38 Super Comp, and found these to be superior in durability, quality and load performance. Upon arrival, I measured several cases and found every single one to be 0.893 as advertized. I have never had other brands of 38 Super to come close to the consistency of these. In my ramped, supported barrels, I can easily work loads up to Factory 9x23 Win velocity with complete safety.
